Refund Policy

At I Do Wedding Dance Co., we are committed to providing exceptional dance instruction and personalised services to our clients. While we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our wedding dance lessons, we understand that circumstances may arise that require adjustments to your lesson schedule.

 

Refunds:

We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for booked wedding dance lessons or packages. However, we do offer flexibility and options for rescheduling and utilising any unused lessons.

 

Rescheduling and Unused Lessons:

If you need to make changes to your lesson schedule, we are happy to accommodate you. Any unused wedding dance lessons can be rescheduled for general dancing lessons at a later time. This allows you to continue your dance journey and explore various dance styles even beyond your wedding day.

 

Alternatively, you have the option to pass on your unused lessons to friends or family who may be interested in wedding dance lessons or general dancing. This provides you with the opportunity to share the gift of dance and help others create their special moments.

 

Please note that lessons must be rescheduled or transferred within one year from the date of your original booking.

 

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and our aim is to make your dance experience as enjoyable and flexible as possible.

 If you have any questions or need assistance with rescheduling or transferring lessons, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Cancellation Policy

 

We completely understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and plans may need to change. 

However, to ensure that our instructors' time is respected, we kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling be made with at least 24 hours' notice. 

If a cancellation or rescheduling is made with less than 24 hours' notice, we will unfortunately have to charge for the lesson.
